Stacey has more than 20 years experience as an attorney and business professional. Her background ranges from management of a billion dollar commodity with Ford Motor Company to extensive litigation as an Assistant Prosecutor for Oakland County, Michigan. Her practice includes all aspects of real estate law, business law including cradle to grave planning, condominium law, wills, trusts, estate planning and general litigation.
Additionally, Stacey specializes in representing financial institutions in the defense of lawsuits initiated as the result of actions taken relative to foreclosure and/or loan modification processes and denials.
